- ...
- Evaluate and negotiate with service providers (e.g. private insurance company)
- Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked etc.)
- Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility
- Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of data recording and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations
- Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Benefits Program Manager or Benefits Administrator
- Workday experience is preferred and advanced Excel skills is a must have.
- Must have a working knowledge of benefits compliance requirements for California, Federal and key local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA
- Fully remote role; can be located anywhere in the United States
- 6 month contract with potential to extend
- $44.44 – $47.22 /hour Pay Rate
