Benefits Program Manager (Remote)

• Evaluate and negotiate with service providers (e.g. private insurance company)
• Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked etc.)
• Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of data recording and analysis
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations

Job Highlights

• Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Benefits Program Manager or Benefits Administrator
• Workday experience is preferred and advanced Excel skills is a must have.
• Must have a working knowledge of benefits compliance requirements for California, Federal and key local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA
• Fully remote role; can be located anywhere in the United States
• 6 month contract with potential to extend

Compensation

• $44.44 – $47.22 /hour Pay Rate
