Creative Project Manager (Remote)

Our Fortune 500 hospitality client in McLean, VA, is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team and support their co-brand partnership with an external financial institution. This position is 40 hours a week and remote but must be able to work EST hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an account manager or project manager for developing marketing and creative campaigns. You’ve ideally partnered with stakeholders across multiple organizations and understand partnership stakeholder communications.

Duties Of The Creative Project Manager

• Oversee the creative development of marketing collateral for co-branded campaigns
• Update key stakeholders on timelines, approvals, etc
• Collaborate with the internal team to drive the execution of various campaigns to support customer acquisition, customer retention, branding objectives, etc
• Ensure marketing collateral meets partner and internal brand standards and guidelines
• Build strong relationships across teams/partners
• Utilize data to inform internal teams on areas of improvement for creative collateral
• Assist in the development of project plans including timelines, schedules, budgets, billing, asset tracking, etc
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop creative/project briefs for leadership review through creative execution
• Participate in performance and post-mortem review process – provide recommendations to improve future campaigns

Requirements Of The Creative Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, etc
• 3+ years of experience working in a project management or account management role
• Experience working on the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience building project plans, and timelines with multiple dependencies and managing creative teams
• Experience working at an external agency or in-house creative agency
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Knowledge of credit cards or financial promos is highly preferred
