We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Customer Support Manager( India-Remote) to help quickly grow our business in Australia!
Ideally, you are an accountant by trade, willing to pivot to a relationship management position, breathing client satisfaction, and promoting retention & loyalty. Please note that Australian accounting experience is MUST for this role!
What you will be contributing to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them with knowledge, and outstanding service
- Monitor the overall satisfaction and take the necessary action to keep it high
- Coordinate cross-sell of services that the clients need, to support our lifetime value strategy
- Handle day-to-day customer requests and inquiries promptly.
- Help improve the client journey on all aspects – product, operations, lifecycle marketing…
- Engage with clients regularly to understand their challenges, and how we can support them
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role: accounting or tax accounting client management, client advisory…
- Ideally you are an accountant by trade but would like to pivot to an account management role
- Expert understanding of the Australian accounting and tax ecosystem
- You have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- You are hungry to build something exciting and gain valuable experience to launch your business after
- You have a can-do attitude – there are always solutions, and solving problems is exciting
- You believe that perfection is the enemy of good, you are here to get things done.
- Good knowledge of Zendesk, and Xero.
