Lead Marketing Artist (Remote)

As the Lead Marketing Artist, you will be responsible for directing and creating a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to buttons, banners, social media graphics, and animated advertisements. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and direction of static and animated marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Utilize your strong eye for composition and layout to create visually appealing designs that capture the attention of our target audience.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing to continuously innovate and improve our visual assets.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Good to have but not a must a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with both static and animated marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Solid leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

Additional good to have:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
