What will excite us ?

• Good problem-solving skills. (Easy implementation problems. You should be able to convert thoughts to code. Having an understanding of data structures and algorithms will be nice.)
• 4+ years of experience in front-end development in jQuery, ReactJS, NextJS, AngularJS, or VueJS.
• 0.5+ years of experience in Webflow development or WordPress development.
• In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow/WordPress.
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript is a must. Please don’t apply if you have just built static websites in Webflow/WordPress.
• Ability to quickly build pixel-perfect speed-optimized and SEO-optimized landing pages with responsiveness, animations, and accessibility from given Figma UI designs.
• Hands-on experience with forms, API integrations, Google Analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and error logging/handling.
• Good sense of UI designs (you don’t have to design, but you should have a good sense of which design provided by designers is better).
• Solid UI development portfolio.
• Good debugging and online searching skills.
• Good communication skills.

What will you be doing?

• To describe in one sentence , you will be taking care of 3 Webflow websites end-to-end & and ensuring the most optimal traffic to lead ratio by applying your & your team’s knowledge and expertise.

• You will be building pixel-perfect new client-facing landing pages and optimizing existing client-facing landing pages on our Webflow website.
• You will be integrating APIs with forms and doing A/B testing of various features and pages.
• You will be ensuring the high availability of the critical client-facing flows (e.g., lead registrations) and ensuring proper error handling/logging.
• You will be closely working with designers and product managers to brainstorm on UI/UX designs and registration flow optimizations.
• You will be applying different speed optimization techniques to ensure a very high page load speed.
• You will be debugging and troubleshooting technical issues related to Webflow.
