Qualifications:

  • Able to do a full desk – Recruitment and Bench Sales Recruiter in Tech
  • Proven track record of US Technical Bench Sales Recruiter experience, enabling you to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.
  • Solid Technical Background: Possess a strong technical background, enabling you to comprehend and effectively articulate IT-related job requirements to both clients and candidates.
  • Strong Understanding of US Recruitment Cycle: Demonstrate excellent understanding in the US recruitment cycle, including from sourcing and screening to submittal and management of the interview process, of contract placements, as well as familiarity with tax terms, employment statuses, time zones, and related terminology.
  • Marketing Bench Consultants (USC, GC, H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1): Develop effective strategies to market and promote bench consultants with various visa statuses, leveraging your understanding of H1 transfers, OPT, CPT, F1, and L1.
  • Client Relationship Development: Utilize your industry experience to establish and maintain relationships with tier 1 vendors and clients, leveraging your existing network to support and expand business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Cold Calling: Demonstrate the ability to generate leads and acquire new direct clients through proactive cold calling and effective lead generation techniques.
  • Polished, Articulate Communication Skills – Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, confidently presenting yourself as an effective and persuasive communicator. Possess strong oral and written communication
  • Contract Management: Possess good knowledge of contract types, including MSA, NCA, NDA, addendums, and memorandums, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
  • Complete Bench Sales Cycle Management: Capably manage the entire bench sales cycle, including sourcing, marketing, and negotiations, of bench consultants.
  • Familiarity with Resume Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems: Leverage your experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, streamlining the recruitment process and enhancing candidate management.
  • Expertise in Sourcing Methods: Demonstrate proficiency in various sourcing methods, including advanced Boolean search techniques and leveraging social media platforms to acquire high-quality candidates effectively.
  • Sound Knowledge of Labor Regulations and HR Practices: Display a solid understanding of labor regulations and HR practices, ensuring compliance and ethical recruiting practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Resume Articulation and Formatting: Understand client requirements and effectively articulate and format resumes to align with their expectations and needs.
  • Daily Communication with Consultants: Maintain regular and effective communication with consultants, providing updates on submissions and interviews to ensure transparency and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Efficiently manage candidate data and submissions within a database, ensuring accurate and organized information for future reference and retrieval.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with tier-one vendors or end clients, coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless interview experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional Time-Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate outstanding abilities in managing time effectively and efficiently organizing tasks, ensuring streamlined and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Effective Job Board Utilization: Proficiently use popular job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, and free job sites to source and attract qualified candidates.
