Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design intuitive and user-friendly web applications tailored to our target user personas. Your designs will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a knack for creating seamless user experiences, we would love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with C-suite, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. 
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand our target personas and their needs. 
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate design ideas and concepts. 
• Ensure the consistent application of design standards across all web applications and interfaces. 
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: Bachelors + 5 years or Masters + 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design with strong focus on creating unique experiences for clients.  
• Education: A degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field. 

Skills: 

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in SaaS or PaaS design. 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing. 
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and usability. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your designs and ideas clearly and effectively. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
