Korn Ferry Digital’s Total Rewards practice provides clients of all sizes and industries access to industry-leading insights about employee compensation. The Sr. Client Relationship Manager (Inside Sales Representative) will lead an end-to-end sales process of both existing accounts and inbound leads. The focus will be on converting leads, driving client satisfaction to improve renewal rate of existing clients, and to identify upsell or cross-sell solutions in collaboration with other sales teams across Korn Ferry. This position is ideal for a seller early in their selling career and offers substantial opportunity to develop selling skills and grow to manage larger accounts and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the renewal process for existing Total Rewards clients, ensuring timely contract renewals and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding KF Pay and other related products. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues.
- Develop proactive renewal strategies, including conducting client reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and addressing any potential challenges or concerns.
- Assist in the data collection efforts for the annual total rewards survey, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data gathering.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clear and detailed record of key sales data through Salesforce.com.
- Leverage internal partners across Korn Ferry to develop comprehensive solutions beyond KF Digital’s Total Rewards portfolio (i.e. talent assessment, employee engagement, consulting projects, etc.).
- Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
- Effectively research prospect organization to understand industry segment, key business drivers, situational or environment factors, and business challenges.
- Deliver compelling and thought-provoking presentations that compel new and dormant clients to work with the company.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in Total Rewards, compensation, or other Talent solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Outreach.iO and related sales tools.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Strong customer-centered selling skills.
- Very strong influence skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
- Independent; self-driven; well organized; inspires confidence in self.
- Works well under pressure. Demonstrates sound business judgment, common sense, and insight.
- Insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed. Perseverant and upbeat.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required.
