YOUR TASKS
- Define, drive, and improve processes for global HR workstreams, including but not limited to: HR Core Team Meetings, Budgeting, Pyramid Management, Performance Management, Talent Development, Learning etc.
- Help establish accountability across the global HR team by ensuring appropriate outcomes and measurements are built into programs / project plans with various stakeholders
- Partner with Global CHRO and Global Executives to ensure a high degree of preparation for key Executive Leadership meetings; leverage HR functional and business expertise to work with various stakeholders to synthesize information to help turn it into meaningful HR insights that create value
- Partner with Global CHRO to create compelling presentations, with a clear story and call to action
- Utilize data analytics to gather, analyze and report on meaningful HR information to facilitate effective decision-making
- Capture and maintain employee and organizational data to refine and advance HR initiatives. Develop and manage HR data dashboard for real-time assessment and agility in problem solving
- Function as a trusted adviser and thought partner to Global CHRO to drive an accountable, performance-based, and purpose-driven culture
- Develop effective relationships across all corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide requirements and initiatives
- Lead the agenda coordination and facilitation of HR team meetings; deliver clear summaries of next steps and ensure timely follow-up of key initiatives
- Support and help implement HR programs, as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- 8+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience, working with executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field preferred; MBA a plus.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions
- Excellent executive presence and ability to interact/communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, particularly with executives, on behalf of an executive
- Ability to handle confidential sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables
- Demonstrated proficiency managing projects with broad and complex stakeholder requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving the monitoring and execution of projects
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills a must.
