Job Description:

Be a part of a team of integration experts, responsible for assisting with the design and delivery of

integration solutions including the coding and configuration, ensuring our clients expectations are met and exceeded where possible. This role is for our 24/7 operations to ensure continuous support for our client on their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assist other Integration Consultants in the production of designs to exceed customer requirements which includes customer support/enquiry
• Retain a holistic view of the solution whilst working on the lower level
• Escalate issues as they are encountered in a timely manner to the appropriate Senior Integration Consultant or Team Lead
• Development and delivery of code and configuration to a high standard, including documentation and a suitable level of unit testing meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Provide professional customer service ensuring that communication is clear and appropriate at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years development experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge in Azure and Azure platform support capability
• Knowledge in Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Scheduler/Poller, Queues, Blob, Active Directory, Key Vault, Application Insights and Azure Power BI.
• Experience in Terraform scripting/coding
• Display strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery
