Job Title: Paid Social Ads Executive
Location: Currently, remote work from Bangalore
Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Paid Social Strategies: Execute paid social media campaigns based on detailed strategies provided by the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
• Audience Targeting: Conduct detailed audience research to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics and psychographics.
• Ad Creation: Develop engaging ad copy and creative that aligns with the campaign strategy and objectives, working closely with the design team as needed.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize ad performance, targeting, and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is within allocated limits while maximizing performance.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Facebook Blueprint certification or other relevant social media certifications is a plus.
