The Opportunity

As our next Implementation Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring that we provide our customers with the best solutions possible. In this role, you will work closely with the Chord team to design technical solutions tailored to our customers’ business needs. Curiosity is essential, enabling us to fully understand the concepts and steps to accurately scope the customer solution.
Chord is experiencing rapid growth, and each new customer needs an Implementation Manager to guide them through the successful setup of Chord’s products. In this role, you will own the onboarding and training of all new customers, setting them up for success from Day 1.
As a Technical Project Manager, You Will
- Project Manage the implementation of Chord’s products for newly signed customers.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Data team members, and our customers to understand the project’s scope, create a timeline, and drive the implementation through to successful completion.
- Manage timelines and dependencies with customers and the Chord team for projects that vary in complexity.
- Act as the primary point of contact with customers, partnering with the Customer Success Manager during the onboarding/implementation phase.
- Investigate and solve complicated questions about data and Chord’s tools
- Document and share customer and project-specific learnings internally, and elevate the team through enablement and education on what you’ve learned.
- Understand and prioritize ecommerce technology needs to ensure the features and tools developed to deliver value to our customers.
- Drive heavy adoption on the Chord platform while helping customers meet their goals and achieve value.
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need
- 5+ years of industry experience, minimum 2 years in Implementation environment.
- Proven ability to work with clients: designing specifications, driving projects, and presenting to executives.
- 2-5 years of experience working as a project manager, project engineer, or similar role.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors for one project, holding them accountable to responsibilities and timelines and driving each project to completion.
- To thrive in dynamic settings, excel at rapid iteration, and embrace the challenge of exploring completely new projects.
- Comfortability occasionally “diving into the unknown,” sharing learnings, and iterating as you go.
- To be flexible, nimble, and independently-minded – this role will involve creating new processes or refining old ones.
- The mind of an organized project manager – communicating deliverables and timelines to stakeholders clearly.
- The ability to stay composed under pressure and consistently seek inventive solutions.
- A love for training and educating customers, helping them understand how to get the most value out of software.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
126,500 – 149,000 USD per year(Remote – United States)
134,500 – 158,500 CAD per year(Remote – Canada)
