About the role:

• Project management of your customer portfolio from sales acceptance through construction phases
• Ensure seamless coordination of all pre-construction workflow components within designated timelines
• Proactively address and manage customer inquiries and expectations, keeping them updated on progress and schedules
• Work closely with the Operations team, including drafting, estimating, studio, approvals, and scheduling, to meet workflow deadlines
• Facilitate the presentation and processing of Housing Industry Association (HIA) contracts

About you:

• Previous and proven experience in project managing a portfolio of clients/customers
• Experience within real-estate, pre-construction/construction would be a perk but not necessary
• High emotional intelligence – able to understand your impact on others and how to best communicate with your customers
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Confident, resilient, collaborative, driven and professional
