Our Revenue Operations team is growing, and we’re hiring two Revenue Operations to join our amazing team. So, if you’re a digitally focussed individual looking for a role where you can develop and execute brilliant programmatic trading strategies, you might want to check this out!


This is a remote role, however you will need to travel to our Canary Wharf Hub occasionally when required.

Job Description

As part of the Revenue Operations team you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of all operational and analytical functions, as well as contributing to the development and execution of the overall business unit. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights and operational efficiency.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Utilise analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets related to digital advertising campaigns, audience behaviour, and content performance.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to drive product enhancements and feature prioritisation.
  • Develop and execute programmatic trading strategies across various digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of campaign goals.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for leveraging our AI-driven solutions to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of digital/programmatic campaign management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Skilled in using programmatic platforms – prior experience with Google Ad Manager is ideal but not essential.
