Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate material procurement and optimize inventory levels to meet production needs.

Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Foster strong relationships with external suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards are met.

Proactively address supply chain issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and improve overall performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through audits, root cause analysis, and process optimization projects.

Required Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in supply chain management.

Proven track record (5+ years) in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with a focus on achieving business objectives.

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands

Occasional light physical work including lifting objects up to 40 pounds.

Ability to travel occasionally, up to 4 hours from headquarters.

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
