What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee customer inquiries for assigned accounts, providing elite customer service and managing complex product development projects
• Partner with key stakeholders to set strategy for meetings, customer calls, and business reviews
• Work cross-functionally with customers and various departments to support product requirements, ordering, and regulatory needs
• Monitor and support customized performance metrics, developing action plans to drive progress
• Identify process gaps and system limitations, facilitating best practices and operational improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science, business, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service or related function
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and maintain courtesy and cooperation
• Demonstrated adaptability and critical thinking skills
• High standard of attention to detail and organization

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic or account management, preferably in Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry
• Previous experience with ERP and CRM tools, especially Salesforce and SAP
• Demonstrated ability in executing continuous improvement, especially through using Lean or DBS concepts
