The Role: As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Development & Optimisation: Create and refine marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximise engagement and ROI.
• Budget & Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets to achieve the best outcomes.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and inspire a team, collaborating effectively with freelancers and the operations team to deliver top-notch marketing campaigns.

Your Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Digital Platforms: Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
• Hands-on Experience: Demonstrated success in strategy, implementation, and optimisation of marketing efforts.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with the operations team and other stakeholders.
• Versatility in Marketing Techniques: Skills in A/B Testing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Adobe Suite, Advertising, Analytics, Brand Awareness, Brand Marketing, Campaign Development, Cross-Functional Leadership, CRM, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing Strategy, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Lead Generation, Marketing, Paid Search Campaigns, Product Marketing, Project Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Performance Marketing, SAAS, and Transformation.

Preferred Experience:

• Overseas Company Experience: Experience working with international companies is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Details:

• Position: Permanent, full-time
• Salary Package: 4.5 lakhs INR to 6 lakhs INR
• Working Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM IST
