Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics Designer at Mind Craft Productionz, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand’s vision and client needs. You will work closely with the marketing, production, and content teams to develop graphics for digital media, print, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, videos, and promotional content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and production teams to brainstorm, design, and execute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs that meet their objectives and expectations.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh, modern, and impactful.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback and input from clients and team members, ensuring the final product meets quality standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creative innovation.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,637.71 – ₹33,508.27 per month
