Patient Coordinator Wfh | Get It Recruit – Hospitality | United States
We’re seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our Patient Coordinator team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting patients with our industry-leading healthcare services, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to our vision of transforming the care experience for people at home.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with physician clinics across Tennessee.
- Setting up appointments and conducting product demonstrations for our innovative medication adherence solution.
- Identifying and engaging with community organizations that could benefit from our services, sharing our vision and solutions.
- Contacting interested consumers, explaining our service offerings, verifying coverage, and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Serving as a liaison between enrolled patients and assigned pharmacy partners.
- Organizing and tracking patient progress throughout the onboarding process.
- Developing and nurturing strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Effectively managing your CRM pipeline and schedule to maximize potential leads.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer relationship skills with a friendly and personable demeanor.
- Outgoing and confident in building relationships from scratch.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Experience in pharmacy, social work, or care aid roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone presence.
- Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in computer use and software programs.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare, social work, or customer care roles (Required)
- Previous phone-based experience is a bonus.
This is a remote position offering a combination of remote call work, on-site visits to doctors’ offices, pharmacy site visits, and community event participation. It’s a full-time, salaried role.
