Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, LLC seeks a Technical Delivery Manager in Hermitage, Tennessee.
Work You’ll Do
Oversees a portfolio of technical solutions within a delivery channel focusing on both system architecture and integration. Technical project execution/leadership, designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with exposure to multiple software packages/vendors. Works with application, data, and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual design for the project. Envision new technical capabilities, and common applications components to contribute to business case development associated with technology investment needs. Proposes changes in process, policy and standards as they relate to the architecture and design principles. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems. Serves as a technical expert and critical resource across multiple disciplines. May perform a combination of professional and management duties over work staff. May serve internal or external clients.
Requirements
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Delivery Manager; Test Engineer; VP-Client Services; or Software Developer-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
- Software development lifecycle methodologies such as Waterfall, RUP, or Agile .
- Web development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, WCF, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, or JQuery.
- Database development technologies such as MS SQL Server, T-SQL, ADO/ADO.NET, SSRS, or SSIS.
- SAP integration.
- Telecommuting/working from home permitted within commutable distance.
**Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
