Project Manager | Sandor Life Sciences | Malaysia
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least diploma/degree or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in construction.
- Good spoken and written English, outgoing and aggressive personality.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possess good communication, excellent organizing and planning skills.
- Possess good attitude and willing to extended hours.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Base in Site Project.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and managerial direction to project team members.
- Ensure timely and adequate completion of all phases of the project.
- Review performance of project team members according to results achieved.
- Establish methods to evaluate and control variance of plan.
- Provide technical and managerial expertise needed to support and direct:
- Documentation / analysis of organizational / operational structure.
- Documentation / analysis of operational matrix.
- Documentation / analysis of internal / external information flows and requirements in diverse operating areas.
- Data development and analysis necessary to support recommendations and alternatives.
- Quantification of alternatives and presentation of recommendations to maximize effective utilization of project resources.
- Analysis of operational / organizational structure to ensure compatibility with overall company business plans.
- Agreeing project objectives.
- Representing the company’s interests.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
- Making sure the quality standards are met.
- Providing advice on the management of the projects.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Overseas all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Carrying out risk assessment.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Organizing the various professional people working on the project.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Select tools, material and equipment and track inventory.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- ISO Certified for Project & Site Management Team.
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by immediate superior or department heads.
