SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Senior Executive will work with our sales team to close deals and will report to our Sales Leadership Team who set goals and ensure the companys approved sales processes are followed. The Inside Sales Senior Executive must have excellent communication skills to directly work with customers throughout the sales process, need to be very organized as the responsibility includes handling several accounts simultaneously, be a strong team player and resourceful problem-solver who can assist other team members as needed, manage change, and collaborate with a diverse group of people. This role also requires strong analytical, time management, and individual leadership skills.
Job Description
Specific job tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Achieve the desired sales targets/revenues as set by the sales leadership
- Work with the global sales leadership to help them reach their goals/targets
- Present periodical sales progress reports to the vertical leads and the management
- Monitor actual sales and sales leads and track sales
- Generate reports on sales forecasts, goals, and results
- Maintain regular communication and build relationships with both existing and new customers
- Develop a customer feedback mechanism and use this feedback to make modifications to ensure the department’s success
- Constant assessment of sales performance
- Ensure the existing practices and processes are generating enough pipeline to achieve sales targets
- Suggest improvements to sales processes, implement and monitor the impact of these changes over a period
- Able to prioritize and work on multiple activities simultaneously and make self-directed decisions
- Maintain professionalism, calm approach, and commitment even when under pressure
- Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively, assisting all employees and clients with respect and courtesy
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our target market
- Know when and to whom to escalate issues of scope and approval criteria
- Support team members when required
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Competencies
- Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Possess analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible to change
- Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment
