Job Overview:
As a Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Your experience in Clojure will support in developing efficient and scalable backend services.

Role Expectations: 

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Clojure code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Strong understanding of functional programming concepts and paradigms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, set priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong self-management skills in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• 1 year or more experience as a backend developer
• 1 year of experience with Clojure (will be required to pass a coding assessment in Clojure)
• Fluent in English
