Salary

£22,808.00 – 23,500.00

Shifts

37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 8pm a blend of late an early shifts

One in four Saturdays 8am – 1pm

What you will be doing

Working on behalf of our client you will be speaking to their customers regarding their missed credit card payments it will be a blend of inbound and outbound calls.

The customers may have only missed one or two payments that you need to help them get back up to date.

Other customers may have got into financial difficulties and we need to work with them to agree an affordable and sustainable payment arrangement taking into consideration their current circumstances.

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates that have a passion for delivering great customer service

Experience in a contact centre role would be an advantage but it isn’t essential – we provide full training

Great communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy towards others

Someone that respects others and does that right thing even when no one is watching

Some who can embrace and adapt to change
