Senior Manager Quality (Remote)

Job description / Role

– Formulate Quality Strategy and the processes of all the departments of the company.
– Lead fit sessions from development sample to PP sample with the design and development team and ensuring the product fit is consistent across all categories.
– Work closely with the buying team to support the fit development process from technical perspective.
– To calculate tentative fabric consumption.
– Plan, schedule and conduct process audits for the business and support functions at timely intervals for all the office factory and WH locations.
– Provide technical information to design and development packs, including measurements, block and construction details, to facilitate development sample preparation.
– Prepare and send audit reports for every audit conducted, regularly follow-up with staff on the non-compliances and assist them on the closure of the same.
– Assisting business and support functions in process documentation and review of the same as and when required.
– Responsible for making changes to the Quality Management Systems (QMS) through a formal QMS release process triggered by organizational changes, suggestions, feedback given by employees.
– Liaise with the external auditing body for coordinating, planning and scheduling the re-certification and surveillance audits conducted for the validation of the ISO certificate at defined time intervals.

– Follow up with business divisions for collecting the data on customer feedback, consolidate, analyze and give the analysis feedback to the Top Management in the quality management reviews.
– Experience in ISO auditing for both business and support functions in an organization.
– Implementation knowledge and experience with quality frameworks like ISO (9001/14001), CMMI, COBIT or other similar frameworks.
– Conduct quality training, frame quality objective for the organization and specific work groups.
– Set-up, implement, monitor and enhance the process improvement in the quality management system.
– Knowledge of process documentation, process/project related metrics, statistical tools, techniques, designing process templates, formulating checklists and guidelines for processes as and when required.
– Experience in ISO auditing for both business and support functions in an organization.
