Our client, Specsavers Creative (their in-house agency) are a leading company in the marketing sector, they are currently seeking an Account Director – Creative Business Partner to join their team on a contract basis. This is a unique role where you will work within a collaborative environment to drive strategy, creative, and client partnerships, making a positive difference. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary campaigns, manage work streams from initiation to delivery, and ensure successful collaboration across all marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating multi-discipline campaigns across various stakeholder groups
Driving work streams efficiently from brief initiation to delivery
Building strong collaborative relationships internally and externally
Owning the end-to-end delivery of creative work
Working with marketing specialists and partner agencies to align campaigns with objectives
Ensuring on-time delivery of agreed assets and media plans
Leading and driving projects, including administrative tasks like report writing and obtaining approvals
Fostering a positive and proactive environment for collaboration

Job Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within an agency or client-side delivering TTL creative campaigns
‘Above the line’ experience in press, TV, and radio
Competence in digital marketing (display, search, online content)
Strong understanding of cross-agency team dynamics
Positive, proactive mindset with good energy and problem-solving skills
Ability to inspire and lead team members
Proficiency in managing report writing and approvals
Willingness to travel to the office in Guernsey on average once a month for in-person collaboration

Further Information:

This role can be based either in Guernsey or accessible to London/rest of UK. If not Guernsey-based, a significant portion of the work will be remote, with the opportunity to work from hubs in London and travel to Guernsey for essential in-person collaboration.
