Job Title: Full-Time Field Staff Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Full-Time Field Staff Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of field staff to ensure efficient operations, adherence to company policies, and achievement of organizational goals. This role involves managing day-to-day field operations, providing leadership and support to field staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. As an FSS you will be staffing in store demos nationwide and should have strong recruiting skills. This is a Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm remote work with possibility for weekend on-call work. Candidate should be Chicago metro/IL based as you may need to report to the office in Chicago once a quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve any staff issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Operational Management:
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks and projects to field staff.
- Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Ensure timely completion of field tasks and projects.
- Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct training sessions for new and existing field staff.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of service quality
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies.
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between field staff and upper management.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field operations and staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- One to two years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in staffing or promotional marketing (preferred)

Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Available to be on call for weekends as needed.
- Compensation: Starting Salary $950/week. Full time benefits, PTO and sick time provided after a 90 day probation period.
Travel Requirements: Remote. Commute to downtown Chicago one day a quarter.
