We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Researcher with strong Lead generation and Research skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn’s powerful tools and features to identify and engage potential leads, gather market intelligence, and support our sales and business development efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s functionality, excellent research acumen, and the ability to convert insights into actionable sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other LinkedIn tools to identify and engage high-potential leads.
• Conduct comprehensive research on LinkedIn to uncover potential clients, industry contacts, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to build and expand the company’s client base.
• Analyze LinkedIn profiles and company pages to gather relevant data on prospects, including job roles, company size, industry, and contact information.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand lead requirements and refine lead generation strategies.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and increase conversion rates.
• Stay current with LinkedIn updates, lead generation best practices, and industry trends to enhance research and outreach effectiveness.
• Assist in creating and executing outreach campaigns, including messaging, connection requests, and follow-ups, tailored to target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn research, lead generation, sales development, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other LinkedIn tools.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, sales processes, and CRM systems
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in a recruitment, or business development role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other relevant certifications.
