Responsabilities
- Supervise and manage the Project Operations team, including Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, working on your business scope
- Ensure the proper deployment of projects from the installation to the handover to the Maintenance team including the commissioning of our systems
- Be responsible for the structure, growth and success of the Project Operations team
- Supervise the application and compliance with safety procedures on-site
- Ensure our quality standards and processes are respected by all parties involved such as the Project Operations team, subcontractors and any other external partners
- Manage the projects with the team and ensure that customer expectations, milestones and financial targets are met
- Work closely with the Project Integration team in charge of project studies
- Act as an interface between the Deployment team and the other Exotec departments such as R&D and Maintenance in order to improve systems
- Convey our culture and ways of doing to your team
- Support Exotec in structuring, organizing and improving deployment processes
- 10+ years of experience on a similar role, as a manager of people
- BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Major in logistic and project management would be a plus!
- Previous experience managing installation of complex and technical projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and integrate new tools and processes easily
- Demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Frequent travel to French HQ and customer sites across the Benelux region
