We are seeking a Project Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Job Description

The project manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to GenAI initiatives and responsibilties include:

• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs), including team members, to develop project scope and objectives. SMEs include consultants, product managers, business analysts, and business operations staff.
• Scope Documentation: Document the project scope, including what is in and what is out of scope, and create a comprehensive scope statement for GenAI project work.
• Updates and RAID Log Maintenance: Provide summary updates and maintain a RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log to be shared with GenAI program management, leadership, and business relationship manager communities.
• Project Planning: Determine a high-level project plan and milestone schedule for GenAI project work.
• Feature and Epic Determination: Collaborate with product owners/managers to define features and epics derived from the project plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the build/execution phase.
• Budget and Resource Management: Work with GenAI leadership to establish the correct budget and resource complement for the project.
• Approval for Execution: Obtain agreement from GenAI leadership and Business leadership to ensure the work effort is ready to move into the build/execution phase.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects.
• Proficient with RAID logs and project management tools including Jira and Confluence
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling with strong coordination and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in documenting project scope and maintaining project logs.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners and managers to define project features and epics.
• Experience in budget and resource management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $70– $90/hr. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
