We’re seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to create user-centric interfaces for three separate e-commerce websites. This is a project-based opportunity, with a tight deadline of maximum 30 days.
Project Scope:
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for three e-commerce websites.
- The focus will be on creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that optimize the user journey and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and shopping behaviors.
- Develop customer journey maps for each e-commerce website.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI elements for all essential pages, including product listings, product details, shopping cart, checkout flow, and relevant landing pages.
- Ensure designs are responsive and function flawlessly across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines (to be provided) and adhere to current e-commerce best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to understand requirements and deliver high-quality work within the timeframe.
- Deliver final design assets in industry-standard formats (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce UI/UX design.
- Proven ability to design and prototype user-friendly e-commerce interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for e-commerce and a keen eye for detail.
Deliverables:
- Customer journey maps.
- Wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for all pages.
- Style guide.
Timeline:
- Project duration: Maximum 30 days.
