Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role is responsible for evaluating premium and loss metrics as well as analyzing other important data sets to make strategic decisions for pricing and/or program changes that drive top line growth and bottom line profitability. Additionally, involved in developing Product Change Requests (PCRs) that encompass rate, product and form updates. Collaborates with team members to execute pricing and forms modifications. Work on additional analytical based projects as needed.

Work Experience: Minimum Required: 1-3 years; Preferred: 4+ years
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree; Preferred: Master’s degree
Required Branches of Study: Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Data Sciences, analytical based Engineering or related field.
Critical Skills:
Competitor Intelligence: Competitor/market analysis, State-level rate assessment
Data Analysis: Minimum: Intermediate; Advanced strongly preferred.
Market Strategies: Collaborate and recommend, Lead business management, Implement state initiatives
Product and Industry Knowledge: Solid property and casualty knowledge, understands coverages and exposures, knows rating and underwriting
Profit and Loss Management: Balance profit and growth, collaborate on trends and filings, pricing model experience, monitor initiatives, influence expenses and profits
Strategic Thinking: Minimum: Intermediate; Advanced strongly preferred.
Excel-focused Office Suite: Advanced required (7+ Years preferred)
Power BI: Nice to have.
Time zone: 8a-5p EST
