General Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our Franchisees, overseeing the development and execution of brand-building initiatives at regional and local levels. Your role is pivotal in maximizing our marketing efforts, boosting brand awareness, implementing promotions to drive customer traffic, and ultimately increasing sales. Collaborating closely with our Corporate Marketing Team, you’ll spearhead field marketing programs and ensure business objectives are achieved through successful implementation of new store openings, product launches, and strategic regional marketing plans.
Note: This is a field-based position, and applicants are requested to reside in one of the following regions: DC/Maryland/NJ/Philadelphia.
Essential Functions
Develop, execute, and manage regional and local marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales within your designated region.
Effectively manage co-op/regional fund budgets, including communication of media buys and post-buy analysis.
Track and manage Regional Fund accounts and budgets, providing forecast and reporting metrics for each program.
Act as the primary marketing liaison with local Franchisees, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards.
Lead event strategies, manage logistical details, and conduct post-event analysis.
Analyze marketing plan performance, develop strategies for measuring effectiveness, and optimize underperforming campaigns.
Drive sales performance for new restaurant openings through awareness-building initiatives.
Collaborate on joint marketing programs with regional partners to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Ensure consistency of corporate and brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
Major Responsibilities / Specific Requirements
Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive franchisee performance within assigned DMAs.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to engage stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Dynamic, high-energy individual with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in consumer marketing, advertising, retail, hospitality, or media.
Experience in developing and executing local and regional marketing plans, along with national program support.
Proficiency in managing large budgets, multiple accounts/markets, and executing events/sponsorships.
Experience with DMA Co-op management.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time within the assigned area.
