Reporting to: VP, Marketing Aesthetics
Location: Hybrid from the Nashville, TN area; remote from other locations
Responsibilities/Essential Duties
Represent Marketing on cross-departmental teams to develop customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
Assist in the development of go-to-market plans.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships as necessary.
Own go-to-market marketing tasks to help drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Execute research, testing, and exploratory initiatives to ensure programs deliver value to customers, driving continued engagement and retention, and growing customer lifetime value.
Support pilot programs by capturing customer feedback, supporting customer testing, preparing value analyses, and assisting in proposed go-forward recommendations for scaling in-market.
Monitor program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support market and competitor research.
Support additional portfolio initiatives as needed for the business.
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree; OR
Master’s degree & 2 years’ directly related experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree & 4 years’ directly related experience; OR
Associate’s degree & 8 years’ directly related experience; OR
High school diploma/GED & 9 years’ directly related experience; AND
1 year of managerial experience directly managing people, projects, programs, or resources
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer success.
Experience in B2B customer loyalty, with an emphasis on customer engagement and retention.
Background in biotech, large pharma, healthcare, beauty marketing, or SaaS product marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly visible, and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
Experience in market and customer research, testing, and analysis.
Experience with collaboration, influencing with and without authority, and working successfully with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
