What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan and coordinate activities for implementing various information systems and data analytics portfolio
• Manage project and portfolio responsibilities, including system requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation
• Develop project timelines and phases in collaboration with operational partners
• Provide informative status reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments through conferences and vendor interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of three years of experience managing system implementations, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or technical field preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Epic or EMR experience highly desirable
• Previous experience with Database Build and Migration, Application or Pipeline Build
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management Institute and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation principles
