- Permanent full-time role based from our Ellerslie office with 50% of week WFH

Join our highly engaged team where you’ll work closely with the Marketing team members on key strategic projects from insight led strategy, to idea generation and in market execution.
You’ll act as a ‘key link’ between marketing, shopper marketing, category, sales & Digital Demand to achieve a high standard of brand strategy execution in market.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Assist in the development of growth plans in line with the objectives and goals for Mars New Zealand
- Assist & Lead in development of powerful integrated marketing plans that utilise consumer, shopper, category and customer data and insights
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key brand campaigns/activations and product launches
- Work cross functionally with the sales, shopper marketing & Digital Demand teams to ensure the portfolio is executed instore & online with excellence
- Manage & lead multiple marketing projects and activities, while adhering to business timings and providing clear communication and guidance around project risks and opportunities
What are we looking for?
- At least 18 months previous experience working in either a Marketing, Category or Sales role, preferably within FMCG
- Business or marketing qualification at tertiary level preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Project and budget management experience
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and develop and build relationships
- A growth mindset to help solve business challenges
