**Senior Telecom Project Manager – Fixed Wireless**

This dynamic and rapidly growing wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) is dedicated to bringing high-speed Internet access to underserved and rural areas using the latest fixed wireless technology. Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence in telecommunications, they are looking for a highly skilled Senior Telecom Project Manager who has experience with fixed wireless networks to join their team.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a broad range of projects critical to the company’s growth and operational efficiency, reporting directly to the Senior Executive responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Wireless Deployments, and Strategic Business Planning. This role demands a deep understanding of the wireless ISP industry, particularly fixed wireless networking. In addition, exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives are essential. This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to wireless network deployments, M&A activities, and strategic business initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks promptly to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct due diligence for potential M&A opportunities, assessing strategic fit and integration potential.
• Support strategic business planning by providing insights and analysis on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred but not necessary if otherwise well qualified.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the broadband, wireless, or telecommunications industry.
• Prior experience with Fixed Wireless networks
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies, network deployment processes, and M&A activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with strategic business planning and market analysis.
