Back End Developer (Remote)

This is a mid/senior level Backend job (3+ years of experience with real-working products).
The pay is in USD.
ClickRising is the best influencer marketing platform. We have many data-intensive products for B2B and B2C users, grouped in 4 dashboards and an app.
As the Product department, we strive to craft the best solutions to serve the needs of our users and solve their problems, and we are eager to change how marketing works. We are seeking a Backend Developer for our growing world-class remote product team!
What You Do

• Analyzing, designing, and developing high-quality, maintainable, reusable, scalable BFF of multiple dashboards and apps for different user types.
• Developing high throughput data integrations.

You’ll write Typescript on Node.js with MongoDB as the database. We have amazing DX with internal auto deployment tools on microservice/serverless like infrastructure. We also use React for Frontend.
Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and Node.js with backend systems.
• Deep 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (specially MongoDB).
• Understanding of Redis, caches.
• Experience with high-performance & large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Open to working with different or new tools and technologies when needed, and knowledgeable to suggesting these tools when needed.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, and stateless applications.

• No computer science or related education is required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills. Must be willing to work with an internationally distributed team.
• Experience delivering a high-quality product as an individual (or open-source) contributor as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
• Work with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to create new and compelling features.
• Extremely high attention to detail and testing. We have many financial data that must be precise.
• Comfortable working with frontend engineering teams for web and mobile user interfaces, including participating in code reviews.
• You are always trying to improve your skills and get better at what you do.
