Job DescriptionJob Description:As a Senior Project and Service Manager at ReadinessIT, you will play a crucial role in directing and managing projects, ensuring their successful delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, optimising service quality, and mitigating risks associated with client operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Embrace ReadinessIT’s management processes and culture.

Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Manage resources effectively and monitor project progress.

Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Prepare reports and conduct management meetings.

Manage the flow of information from the client to the team.

Plan, initiate, execute, supervise, and close assigned projects and programs.

Suggest strategies to achieve project goals.

Work closely with different stakeholders in the client’s team and internally.

Service Delivery:Supervise the delivery of IT services to the client.

Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators.

Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, making improvements as necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership:Build and lead a cross-functional project team.

Provide mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities to project team members.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with management and the client.

Address concerns, aiming service excellence.

Problem Solving:Navigate challenging business environments and adapt to changes

Implement innovative solutions to achieve project and service goals.

Coordinate dependencies with other client teams.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or similar), relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, ITIL).

Proven experience (7+ years) in project management and service delivery within the IT field.

Ability to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrated success in managing projects in challenging business environments.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

International and open-minded attitude, being ready to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.

Exceptional risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem solved oriented.

Think ahead, proactive, dynamic, organized, attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus.

Availability for hybrid work.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
