As Employee Recognition Programme Specialist you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and operational execution of the Emirates Group employee recognition programme. You will foster a culture of appreciation and engagement across the organisation, aligning recognition initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and values. Partner with various stakeholders to design, implement, educate and continuously improve recognition programmes that motivate and retain top talent.

In this role, you will:

– Lead Recognition Programme Design and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive employee recognition initiatives that align with organisational goals and departmental requirements.
– Manage Data Analysis and Reporting: Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of recognition programme data to assess effectiveness and impact. Utilise insights from data to make informed recommendations for programme enhancements.
– Governance and Standards Development: Develop and implement governance frameworks and drive standards to maintain consistency and quality across all recognition initiatives with the corporate programme. Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices in employee recognition at maintained at all times.
– Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement: Create engagement calanders and drive action plans with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, and lead senior management meetings to understand recognition needs and priorities.
– Lead Promotional and Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop content and manage all campaigns to build awareness, drive adoption, and gather feedback from stakeholders. Utilise this feedback to continuously improve and enhance the overall impact of the recognition programme and products.
– Programme Management: Manage all processes in maintaining contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring all nomination, evaluation, and claim management processes are managed in a timely manner. Additionally, the specialist will take a lead on product and system development to enhance the programmes offerings and ensure seamless overall programme administration.
– Event Management: Lead all recognition events within the programme, managing key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and engagement across departments. Create and drive action plans with key stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with the programmes recognition goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements :

– Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
– 5+ years experience in HR, specifically managing employee related and/or reward and recognition, and engagement programmes.
– Proven track record in designing and implementing employee recognition programs is preferable.
– Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
– Familiarity with recognition platforms and tools.
– Proficiency in project management and organisational skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
– Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with dashboard understanding and creation is preferable.
