Remuneration

  • Enjoy a monthly base salary ranging from PHP PHP 100,000 to 130,000

Hard skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management focusing customer support management, preferably in the HR tech industry.
  • High experience in “enterprise-grade software implementation and onboarding”
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to oversee remote teams
  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise software solutions, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor employees to enhance their customer service skills..
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and drive process improvements.

Soft skills

  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative and proactive, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
