What will you do?

• Develop marketing visuals such as EDMs, banners, social media content, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and technical standards.
• Utilize Canva, Photoshop, Capcut/iMovie and any other apps or software to create high-quality designs such as website banners, GIFs, short videos..
• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop to produce professional and visually appealing content.
• Apply industry knowledge to create designs relevant to the fashion and beauty industry.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously improve design skills.

Hard skills:

You must have a ready portfolio of your own visual content work that we may review to assess your style fit with our brand. Candidates without portfolios will not be considered.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual content and creative concepts.  
• Minimum 3 years experience in a visual creative role
• Expert in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in using  Canva, Capcut or other similar softwares
• Proven experience in creating visuals for EDMs, banners, social media, meta ads, and other promotional visuals 
• Advanced skills in photo editing and retouching using Photoshop as well as creating balanced and visually appealing layouts for various media, including print and digital.
• Ability to design in line with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Excellent understanding of design trends and aesthetics specific to the fashion industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality and error-free designs.
