Neo Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Manager to join our marketing team. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing-related travel, including planning, coordinating, and optimizing travel arrangements for our team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient travel logistics, and you will play a key role in optimizing travel expenses and ensuring compliance with travel policies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for travel. If you have excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for marketing team members, such as flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation.
• Manage the travel budget and optimize travel expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in travel management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align travel plans with marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Provide support and assistance to team members during travel, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.
• Develop and maintain travel-related documentation, including itineraries and travel guidelines.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel management, preferably in a marketing or similar role.
