Thryve has partnered with a cutting-edge software company that specialises in the development & licencing of innovative, open-source software in the fields of Video, Data, & Artificial Intelligence
They have joined forces with one of the biggest banks in Germany for the creation of their own AI language model.
Now looking for a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to ensure their security standards for this project are upheld to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement IT security standards throughout the company.
- Provide guidance & support to developers on security best practices.
- Conduct regular IT security audits to identify and address security risks.
- Collaborate with the Cloud & Infrastructure department to ensure security.
- Utilize and manage IT security tools to monitor & respond to threats.
- Contribute to the ISMS & ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Stay updated on the latest IT security trends & integrate them into the company strategy.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud & Infrastructure Operations. (On-Premise & Private Cloud)
- Degree in a relevant field (CS, IT Security, etc.) with a grade above 2:2.
- Experience developing and monitoring security standards (preferably with ISO 27001 knowledge).
- Experience consulting and supporting developer teams.
- Experience conducting IT security audits.
- Familiarity with IT security tools (SIEM, EDR, NDR, IDS/IPS).
- Ability to lead the ISMS and act as the IT Security Officer (ISB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, Java).
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Nice to have: Software engineering experience.
