    Theoria’s Executive Department is seeking individuals to join its team to provide assistance and support in daily activities.

    Shift Structure

    • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm EST
    • Remote

    Employment Type

    • Full-Time, Non-Exempt

    Compensation And Benefits

    • Php 45,000.00 to Php 60,500.00
    • 15 VL annually
    • 10 SL annually
    • 13th month pay
    • HMO offered upon regularization
    • Weekends off
    • Overtime available

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
    • Coordinate travel arrangements such as lodging and transportation for in-person meetings
    • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
    • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
    • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
    • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
    • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

    Requirements And Qualifications

    • Native / Bilingual English proficiency
    • 5+ years of experiences Mandatory for both roles
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications or similar education
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Time-management skills
    • Ability to pay attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask
    • Proficient understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as gmail, monday.com, slack

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company’s Time and Attendance policy.
    • Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
