☆ WHAT YOU WILL DO

Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations that will shape our strategies and initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strategic vision to support our clients and drive the organization success:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to ad campaigns and performance ;
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to the leadership team ;
• Run day-to-day campaigns optimizations (during the MVP period)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize strategies ;
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns and identify areas for improvement ;
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance targeting, personalization, and overall campaign performance ;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AdTech and data analytics.

☆ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit for the Data Analysis team at Adikteev if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in data analysis. A strong focus on Adtech and/or performance advertising is a plus ;
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Python or other relevant programming languages for data analysis
• Have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI ;
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Have excellent communication and presenting skills, and be able to speak and write English clearly and articulately (C1 level and above), french is a plus.
