Ux Researcher (Remote)

Tasks:

• Analyze user signals impacting company goals and process the most relevant insights.
• Formulate problems for each insight and gather maximum information through user interviews or usability tests.
• Create and test multiple solutions with clients to ensure they meet user needs and are user-friendly. Facilitate the development of tested solutions.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on customer insights and behaviors.
• Educate the product team on conducting interviews and usability tests independently.
• Actively participate in planning sessions to align research insights with product goals.
• Organize and conduct design sprints, teaching the team to conduct research and acting as a service function for other teams requiring research.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in UX Research.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods of hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of user research metrics such as CSI, CES, CSAT, and Contact Rate.
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with Customer Journey Mapping (CJM).
• Expertise in conducting usability testing.
• Experience in implementing customer development (CusDev) in working teams.
• Practical orientation and a strong drive for achieving results.
• Skilled in collecting necessary information for effective research.
• Responsible for meeting deadlines and planning workload efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively on common tasks and see the task in a wider context.
• Comfortable working with high uncertainty and adapting methods to specific tasks.
• Interest in market trends and new technologies.
• Strong skills in communicating insights and findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficient in English (B1 level and above).
• Advanced proficiency in Russian.
