Contact Centre Consultant (Remote)

RealNZ, a leading tourism company, is looking for a talented and experienced Contact Centre and Reservations Consultant fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This remote position offers you the chance to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and make reservations for our clients, all from the comfort of your own home.

As our new consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main tasks will include answering phone calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally. You’ll provide outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, making accurate reservations, and handling complaints with effective solutions. Additionally, you’ll keep customer records up-to-date and maintain detailed records of interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• We need someone who is fluent in both Mandarin and English (additional languages are a plus).
• You should have proven experience in customer service, especially in a call centre or related field, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently and remotely is crucial, as well as strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and reservation systems would be advantageous.
• Someone who is driven to succeed and loves the challenge of meeting sales targets
