about this team
This role is on the Power of Educator Team who designs, operationalizes, and delivers programming to meet people & talent objectives through the Retail Workforce Strategy. This unlocks the experience, capability, and potential of our Retail Workforce, and ensures that store, leadership, and support teams have everything they need to maximize value in lululemon’s Guest Experience by bringing clarity to their work, consistency to their experience + connection to their purpose.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program, you provide program support and manage projects within the Power of Educator initiatives portfolio, including Retail Workforce Strategy, Educator Enablement, and other Educator-impacting Workstreams.
As a member of the Power of Educator Team, you play a vital role in the success of the Retail People Strategy. Tasks in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Create and maintain tools and processes to organize complex bodies of work and manage projects across Power of Educator programs & workstreams
- Create, evolve, and deliver programming and resources to drive results across Power of Educator programs, workstreams & deliverables
- Lead and influence cross-functional working groups to drive work forward, aligned to programming strategy & deliverables
- Provide options & impacts to cross-functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear and considered recommendations
- Plan, maintain & mitigate risk for all projects & deliverables
- Create, manage & maintain content for Store + Support Center Audiences
qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
- Project Management certification or 3+ years equivalent experience driving cross-functional projects; Advanced MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Word, Excel, Miro
- Excellent written and verbal communicator; experience facilitating meetings and training sessions for large audiences; experience in Retail Operations, Retail Stores/Leadership, and/or Internal Employee Communications required
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate; comfortable working in diverse, large-scale collaborative teams and driving objective-focused facilitation

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 – $107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
