Role Description
Manage and optimize Hubspot across a host of marketing activities. Including lead scoring, routing, enrichment, landing page optimization and email management.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot, including importing, exporting, and cleaning data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, social media, and paid advertising.
- Lead Management: Manage leads, segmentation, and nurturing processes to ensure efficient lead flow through the sales funnel.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Marketing Automation: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies, including automated email workflows, lead nurturing, and scoring models.
- Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators across marketing and Sales.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimize web pages, email templates, and workflows for better performance.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices and create detailed documentation for processes and custom solutions.
- Integrations: Setting up key integrations and troubleshooting common issues with the rest of our martech stack
- Tracking: Partner extensively with marketing team members to set up and maintain campaign tracking via standardized UTMs, forms, and landing pages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot development
- 2 years + with Salesforce highly preferred
- Deep experience working with a host of core SaaS tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, and webinar platforms
